Bonuses are set to a “Pending” status when created and automatically changed to “Eligible” once the waiting period is over. You can further change the status to “Ineligible” or “Paid” and also add a note to the bonus that the employee can see directly in the ERIN app.
Employees can be given bonuses based on any waiting period that you set. Employees can see how much they can earn for each specific job. Once a referral is made they can track their bonus status and be alerted once the bonus is eligible to be paid.
Are you paying sign-on bonuses for your candidates? Track those in ERIN by adding bonuses for referred employees. These bonuses are controlled just like employee bonuses, allowing you to select the waiting period and also add tiers. Optionally you can expose the sign on bonus to the candidate when they are accepting their referral!
Need to fill a spot quickly? Bonus campaign allows you to temporarily increase bonuses for a set amount of time, giving your employees a bigger bonus for helping fill the highest priority positions.
