Employee User Guide

When you’re ready to make your first referral, complete the account activation steps outlined in your organization’s communication.

Once your account is created, log in using ANY device! For desktop users, navigate to app.erinapp.com; mobile users can download the app on iOS or Android for free!

View Jobs & Make A Referral

You can view open jobs at your organization by clicking the ‘Jobs‘ tab.

Click any job title to view more details about the Job.

Click ‘Refer Someone‘ to make a referral for the position.

Enter your Referrals information in the fields provided. Enter Referrals First Name, Last Name and Referrer can choose to send an Email or Text to share the position.

Optional: Include a message to your contact in the space provided or Message the Recruiter to make your referral stand out. These messages will be included in emails sent.

 

What Happens When I Make A Referral

Once a referral is made, your Referral will be sent an Email or Text Message with a link to View Your Referral. Upon clicking the link, the Referral can choose to Accept & Apply or Decline Referral. Referrals can be tracked at any time on the  ‘My Referrals‘ page.

 

View Your Referrals

You can view all your referrals and track your earned bonuses on the ‘My Referrals‘ page.

If your referral is hired, their status will show “Hired” and your Total Earned will reflect the amount earned for the hired referral.
