ERIN January 2025 Product Update – Employee Referral Platform

We are thrilled to announce the release of several powerful features designed to enhance your ERIN experience and provide greater insights into your employee referral program.

The update will take effect on Thursday, January 30th, after regular business hours EST. 


Enterprise Dashboards

Our new Enterprise Dashboards will comprehensively assess your referral program’s performance. These dashboards provide:

  • Valuable Summary Information: Quickly understand the big picture of your program.
  • In-Depth Metrics: Dive into the details of referral bonuses, referral activity, and employee engagement.
  • Over-Time Metrics: Analyze trends and performance over time.

This new experience will replace the existing dashboards with four distinct, easy-to-navigate dashboards: Summary, Referrals, Bonuses, Jobs, and Employees.


Custom Dashboards & Reports

Need insights tailored to your unique business? Our team can create custom reports and embed dashboards specifically for you. Once built, these reports will be seamlessly integrated as a menu item under the “Reporting” section for easy access.


Change #3: Report History

Every report sent through the new system will be saved and accessible in the UI. This gives you a comprehensive repository, sorted by delivery date, to easily track and manage your data.


New Scheduled Reports

Custom reports can now be scheduled to automatically send directly to your inbox. While this feature will replace the legacy Scheduled Reports and Report Builder, there will be no immediate change. To ensure a smooth transition, we’ll migrate your existing reports to the new system and run them alongside the current tools. This parallel approach allows us to confirm accuracy before decommissioning the legacy system later this year.

Q: Why Transition Away from Report Builder?

A: The new Custom Reports feature delivers several key advantages:

  • Faster report creation and customization by our team.
  • Automatic scheduling for seamless delivery.
  • On-demand viewing and downloading of reports within the UI.
  • A full history of all sent reports, ensuring transparency and accessibility.
  • Multiple versions of reports with different schedules (ex. Bonus reporting by Country)

Q: Who will have access to the new dashboards and reports?

A: Only administrators will have access to the new dashboards and reports. Managers will continue to have access to the employee dashboard.

Q: Will the employee dashboard change?

A: No. There will be no visible change to the employee dashboard.


Refer Someone with Easier Sharing

We’ve improved the Refer Someone experience to make sharing job opportunities simpler and more effective. The updated UI now includes share options alongside the referral form, allowing employees to quickly see how they can share job openings with their contacts.


Show Recruiter on Job Card

We’ve introduced an update that allows the recruiter’s name to appear directly on job cards, making it easier for employees to see who is hiring for each role at a glance. This feature is optional and can be enabled in your settings for added visibility and streamlined connections. If you would like to enable this feature, navigate to settings – TBD
